We are looking for your talent as: **Medical Executive** **Responsibilities:** * Prospecting and identifying potential clients for service placement. * Identifying client needs. * Direct sales. * Conducting market research, including analysis of client and competitor activities (pricing, products, market share). * Preparing and submitting a detailed monthly work plan. * Meeting activity pipeline and commercial targets, achieving a minimum monthly progress rate of 85%; business review aligned with hospitals and commercial plan details. * Following up with clients. * Advising clients on the best alternative based on their specific needs. **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and/or telephone sales * Frustration tolerance. * Negotiation skills. * Passion for sales. * Goal-oriented work ethic. * Self-management. * IMPORTANT: Must provide most recent letters of employment recommendation and hold a professional degree. **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Base salary + commissions **with no cap**. * IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), vacation bonus, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo), and paid vacation days. * Direct employment with the company. * Excellent working environment. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $16,000.00 MXN per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Experience: * Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
