Job Summary: We are seeking responsible and committed operators to join our logistics and transportation team in Monterrey, performing order pickup and delivery, cargo verification, and incident reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Integration into a logistics and transportation team. 2. Execution of key activities in order pickup and delivery. 3. Participation in scheduled training sessions. Cold Storage Camera Operator / 3\.5 / Tortón – Monterrey Company: C.I.A Empresarial We are looking for responsible and committed operators to join our logistics and transportation team in Monterrey. If you have experience operating cargo vehicles and availability for fieldwork, this opportunity is for you. Salary and Benefits * Base monthly salary of **$14,000 MXN** * Commission of **$1\.50 per kilometer traveled** * Uncapped commissions * Accumulable commissions * Commission payments starting after 3 months (based on tenure and process validation) * Weekly payments * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: * Medical insurance * Life insurance * Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Vacation days * Statutory benefits Main Responsibilities * Pickup and delivery of orders to assigned customers. * Verification of received and delivered cargo. * Direct incident reporting to GPS providers during the route. * Adherence to scheduled delivery times. * Reporting incidents to the Operations Supervisor. * Expense and travel allowance verification. * Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Maintaining the vehicle in optimal mechanical and cleanliness condition. * Participation in scheduled training sessions. Requirements * Federal Driver’s License Type B. * Valid medical examination. * R\-II certification (at no cost). * Availability for travel and overtime work. * Experience operating 3\.5-ton or Tortón-type vehicles.
