Join our team as a **functional analyst** **Main Responsibilities or Functions:** At least 3 \- 4 years of experience in a similar role Conversational English essential (B2 \- C1\) * Manage critical or complex incidents affecting credit operations across the 3 countries. * Lead the transition of business requirements into viable technical solutions. * Root cause analysis: Investigate why recurring failures occur and diagnose structural issues within the tool. * Continuous improvement: Design process optimization proposals based on bottlenecks identified during daily support activities. * Training: Conduct training sessions for key users (Key Users) on new functionalities or complex processes. **Technical Skills:** * Governance and compliance: Solid experience with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), specifically in incident, problem, and change management. * Advanced databases: Proficiency in advanced SQL (complex joins, subqueries, and diagnostic scripts) to identify data integrity errors in the credit system. * Process modeling: Knowledge of UML or BPMN to diagram and visually explain business flows and detect bottlenecks across the 3 countries. * Integrations and APIs: Familiarity with information exchange protocols (such as JSON or XML) and tools like Postman to diagnose failures in connections between the credit system and other IT applications. * Data visualization: Experience with tools such as Power BI or Tableau to create dashboards displaying regional trends in recurring incidents. **Methodologies**: Applied experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement frameworks to propose functional optimizations that reduce ticket volume. **We Offer:** Full nominal salary Statutory benefits Additional benefits (major medical expense insurance, savings fund, auto insurance, commercial agreements, among others) On-site work modality Offices located in Reforma, CDMX "We are an inclusive company free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are available to those who demonstrate attitude and talent.
