Positioning in a rapidly growing regional niche **About Nostalgia Sistemas** A Mexican company focused on implementing AI agent and automation solutions for enterprises across Mexico and LATAM. **Job Description** At Nostalgia Sistemas, we are building the technical talent pool that will design and implement production-ready AI agent systems for enterprises across Mexico and LATAM. This is not a traditional job. It is a pool of freelance developers you join once you complete our technical qualification process. Once onboarded, we assign projects based on availability and specialization—you decide which ones to accept. We seek serious developers focused on applied AI: professionals who understand that building production agents is real engineering—not casual prompting. **What You’ll Do (Once in the Pool)** * Design and implement AI agent systems (single-agent and multi-agent) for real-world use cases * Integrate LLMs with external systems via APIs, tool calling, and context protocols * Build data extraction pipelines to obtain structured data from unstructured sources * Implement robust architectures: error handling, evaluations, context management * Document and deliver production-ready solutions * Collaborate with Nostalgia’s core team on client deliveries **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory.** * Minimum 2 years of verifiable backend developer experience * Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js * Experience building and integrating REST APIs * Proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows * Technical English (official training materials are in English) **Desirable.** * Prior experience building with LLM APIs (Claude, GPT, Gemini, etc.) * Familiarity with tool calling / function calling concepts * Hands-on experience implementing AI agents or pipelines in production * Experience with structured prompt engineering (JSON schemas, structured outputs) **Attitude.** * Freelance mindset—self-management, deliverables without constant supervision * Willingness to invest 60–90 hours in official technical training before taking on projects * Clear communication in Spanish **What We Offer** ✅ Access to Nostalgia’s official technical training program ✅ Opportunity to earn internationally recognized technical certifications ✅ Pipeline of real projects with Mexican and LATAM enterprises budgeting for AI in 2026 ✅ Project-based compensation with competitive rates defined by scope ✅ Complete flexibility—you decide which projects to take ✅ Positioning in a niche just beginning to take off regionally Salary: Starting at $1,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
