Job Summary: Analyze, quantify, and catalog projects; support quotation screening; track suppliers; and compare costs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in quotation and subcontractor management 2. Supplier management and identification of new suppliers 3. Creation of project scope presentations * Analyze projects using layouts. * Begin project quantification based on specifications. * Develop a general catalog to facilitate quotations. * Assist the Analyst in screening project and subcontractor quotations based on quantifications. * Conduct preliminary reviews prior to meetings or project changes. * Track suppliers. * Cost comparisons. * Identify new suppliers and update the supplier database. * Create project scope presentations. * Upload quantifications and screened quotations to ACC.
