Direct customer service, including taking orders, processing payments, delivering orders to customers, providing information, and guiding customers during order placement. For Delivery (home delivery), responsibilities include taking orders, correctly, quickly, and accurately packing items for delivery drivers. In the lobby, responsibilities include welcoming customers, directing them to available seating, cleaning tables, and maintaining clean areas. General cleaning tasks.
