Technical leadership and collaborative teamwork skills **Profile: Application Architect** **Requirements:** * IT professional, Software Engineering graduate, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in solution or application architecture roles. * 5+ years of software development experience. **Experience:** * Designing microservice-based or service-oriented architectures. * Creating solution architecture diagrams (C4 or similar). * Defining system integrations and dependencies. * Documenting technical patterns and guidelines. * Conducting technical reviews and validating architectural compliance. **Knowledge of:** * Architectural patterns (microservices, API-first, event-driven). * System and API integration. * Cloud platforms. * DevOps practices. * Agile methodologies. **Skills:** * Systems thinking. * Clear technical communication. * Technical negotiation ability. * Technical leadership. * Collaborative work across multiple teams.
