The Security Operations Center Operator monitors relevant events, supports reporting, and provides real-time alerts to ensure traveler safety and security.

The selected candidate will be hired directly by Control Risks as a Security Operations Center Operator based in Mexico City.
They will be responsible for monitoring relevant events in Mexico, with a particular focus on the state of Sinaloa, especially in areas surrounding locations frequently visited by the Client’s travelers.
**Role tasks and responsibilities**
* GPS tracking and traveler check\-ins during transfers.
* Support the preparation of reports covering incident updates, geofences, relevant events, unauthorized routes, and general recommendations.
* Send real\-time information and alerts to users while they are en route.
* Assist in developing standard tracking and communication protocols with travelers.
* Maintain constant coordination and communication with the Security Manager and Control Risks assets in the event of security incidents involving travelers.
