Opportunity to shape the future of the data area **Job Objective:** Lead the strategy, development, and implementation of the company's data infrastructure and reporting systems. You will be responsible for designing databases from scratch, automating information flows through programming, and transforming historical and operational data into strategic insights for executive decision-making and customer management. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or Engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field (**Graduated or Intern with verifiable experience**). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles, ideally leading data analysis teams in high-volume sectors (Collections, Contact Centers, Fintech, or Financial Services). * **Hard Skills (Mandatory):** * **Advanced Excel:** Complex formulas, Power Query, Power Pivot, and data modeling. * **Programming and Automation:** Proficiency in VBA (Macros) and/or Python/R for process automation and ETL. * **Databases:** Advanced SQL handling (complex queries, optimization, joins). * **Visualization:** Building interactive dashboards from scratch (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). **Main Responsibilities:** * Design and build from scratch the internal database architecture and historical information models. * Program and automate workflows, report consolidation, and ETL processes to eliminate manual operational workload. * Analyze patterns, customer behaviors, collection/sales trends, and KPIs to forecast future scenarios. * Develop customer segmentation models and analytical base analyses to optimize business strategies. * Design and present high-impact dashboards and reports for Executive Management, translating technical data into business decisions. * Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, quality, and security across the entire organization. **Competencies / Soft Skills:** * Strategic and business vision. * Leadership and ability to propose solutions. * Logical-mathematical thinking and strong abstraction capability. * Extreme proactivity and autonomous management capability. * Assertive communication. **We Offer** * **Salary:** ***$14,000***. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * 20-day bonus (aguinaldo). * Life insurance. * Savings plan. * **Challenging Project:** A unique opportunity to shape and serve as the architect of the company's data area. * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; rotating Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. **Ready for the Challenge?** If you are the strategist our company’s data needs, apply via this channel or send your updated CV via WhatsApp to **5611001815**, with the subject line **"Sr. Data Analyst"**.
