Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to perform security duties, access control, support to condominium residents, and facility maintenance in a condominium. Key Responsibilities: 1. Access control and supervision 2. Support to condominium residents and facility maintenance 3. Continuous reporting of area status and incidents Perform shift handover procedures, preparing or receiving the corresponding report in the established format. Schedule: 12x24 \-Note: If you know how to ride a motorcycle, it may be used for other activities. \-Conduct patrols and continuously report the status of the assigned area as well as any incidents. \-Control and supervise the entry and exit of employees, customers, suppliers, materials, and general supplies. \-Safeguard the assets belonging to Condominio Torre Lomas and its residents. \-Report any detected issues to the relevant department. \-Assist in maintaining facilities. \-Prohibit unauthorized persons from entering the premises. \-Contribute to identifying root causes of security issues. \-Support condominium residents with any needs they may have. \-Valet parking \-Attend trainings and drills. \-In case of emergency, assist authorities and civil protection brigades. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $9,500.00 \- $10,000.00 per month Experience: * Security: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
