Warehouse Associate III \- MX The employee in this position is responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading and unloading, including pallet handling processes. The employee will operate forklifts or work with the LGV (Laser-Guided Vehicle) system and material handling systems.**Role Responsibilities** *All responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:* * Inspect outbound trailers prior to loading, monitor all LGV activity within the warehouse, follow SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to maintain inventory accuracy. * Prepare shipments for domestic delivery and customer requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. * Consolidate finished goods storage to maximize storage capacity. * Identify, report, and observe quality issues in finished goods and RMS. * Manually remove production pallets when required. * Supply production with non-inventoried items (glue, bags, labels, etc.). * Release blocked locations in the WMS. * Operate forklifts as needed and unload finished goods and raw material deliveries. * Facilitate information flow among logistics, production, and sales to ensure timely and accurate customer service. * Coordinate pre-loading activities, including trailer inspections to ensure all loads are complete on time. * Provide correct loading documentation/bills of lading and truck seals upon plant departure, when required. * Maintain required records and reports for daily shipments and inventory control. * Answer and place telephone calls using proper telephone etiquette. * Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure timely trailer loading and resolve any issues. * Coordinate with transportation and production/scheduling to ensure all shipments enter and exit the warehouse according to schedule. * Perform any task that is not deemed unreasonable or unsafe and requested by the employee’s manager or supervisor. **Requirements** * High school diploma or technical degree. * 2 years of warehouse and inventory management experience. * Experience in logistics and distribution. * Forklift operation experience. * Basic application of safety practices within a warehouse. * Detailed report preparation. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Flexible schedule and willingness to rotate shifts. * Availability to work in Soyaniquilpan de Juárez, State of Mexico. **Competencies** * Oral and written communication skills. * Analytical thinking. * Strong sense of urgency. * Problem-solving ability. * Openness to change. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. * Proactive attitude. **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Transportation assistance. * Growth opportunities within an international company. **Any employment agency, person, or entity submitting a resume through this career site or to a hiring manager does so with the understanding that the applicant’s resume will become the property of** **Embotelladora Niagara De Mexico Servicios****.** **Embotelladora Niagara De Mexico Servicios** **shall have the right to hire that applicant at its sole discretion without any fee owed to the employment agency, person, or entity submitting the resume.** **Employment agencies with fee agreements with** **Embotelladora Niagara De Mexico Servicios** **and engaged in a search must submit resumes to the designated recruiter of** **Embotelladora Niagara De Mexico Servicios** **or, with prior authorization, submit resumes via this career site to be eligible for placement fees.** **Niagara Plant Name** **MEXICO CITY**
