Incident reporting and ETA updates **TLE GUADALUPE IS SEEKING A TRAFFIC TRACKER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed high school education * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) * Minimum 1 year of experience **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Monitor and track units in transit through internal and customer platforms to ensure adherence to scheduled times and routes, thereby providing updated support to drivers and customers throughout the route. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Monitor and track assigned units in the system to ensure compliance with scheduled route times. * Respond to and inform customers of the current status of their cargo to prevent disruptions caused by lack of continuity in the supply chain’s scheduled timelines. * Report and update any incident or situation affecting the operator’s transit time to destination during the journey by updating ETAs to ensure a rapid response, minimize delays, and maintain service continuity. * Verify and ensure that the satellite (GPS) systems on tractors and equipment are functioning properly to minimize operational risks and provide accurate updates to customers. * Record and update reports of in-transit unit failures under the incumbent’s responsibility to document incidents and facilitate implementation of improvements. **SCHEDULE:** * 2 day shifts (7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) * 2 night shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) **WE OFFER:** \- Statutory benefits \- 100% IMSS coverage from day one \- Christmas bonus \- Profit-sharing \- Vacation bonus \- Career growth opportunities \- Direct employment contract with the company **For more information:** **SEND YOUR RESUME TO 8181618178 WITH LIC.
