Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout the receipt, storage, production, and shipment of products at a semolina plant. Opportunity for professional development and teamwork **We are looking for a QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER** to work at a SEMOLINA PLANT in Ejido Torreón, Valle de Mexicali **Job Objective** To optimally and effectively ensure and control receipt, storage, production, and shipment operations of products (raw materials and semolina) aligned with the MODE system, thereby ensuring product safety, quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining corporate profitability. **Responsibilities** * Ensure efficient receipt of products according to the quality parameters established by the company to facilitate proper storage and efficient, high-quality production that satisfies customers. * Ensure proper product storage to maintain optimal quality parameters. * Validate and certify weighing procedures and inventory/incoming material data recording, as well as batch control within systems, to support decision-making and corporate profitability. **Requirements** * Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related degree. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Experience required in:** * Pest identification and management. * Grain storage. * Sampling techniques. **Knowledge required in:** * Use of laboratory equipment for grain analysis. * Administrative controls. * Handling of agrochemicals and fumigation equipment. **Competencies** * Proactive. * Organized. * Teamwork-oriented. * Technical judgment. * Leadership. **We Offer** * Competitive salary, statutory benefits, direct employment with the company, opportunities for professional development, and the chance to join an outstanding team. **Salary: To be determined based on experience and qualifications.** **Benefits** * Savings fund. * Employee discounts at group companies. * Employee referral program. * Major medical expense insurance at preferential rates. * Auto insurance at preferential rates. * Grocery vouchers. **Compensation Types** * Direct employment with the company. * 100% payroll-registered compensation, including IMSS and INFONAVIT contributions. * Attendance bonus. * Punctuality bonus.
