Job Objective Ensure compliance with customer and Quality Management System requirements, guaranteeing product quality and continuous process improvement. Main Responsibilities Implement, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System based on ISO 9001\. Handle, analyze, and follow up on customer complaints and rejections. Develop and track corrective actions using tools such as: 8D Ishikawa 5 Whys Implement and manage Core Tools: APQP FMEA (AMEF) SPC MSA PPAP Coordinate meetings with production, engineering, and shipping departments to resolve quality issues. Prepare and follow up on PPAP until customer approval. Interpret technical drawings and use measurement instruments. Control of nonconforming products, quarantine, and material disposition. Monitor quality indicators (Scrap, PPM, cost of poor quality). Participate in and support internal and external audits. Develop and update procedures, reports, and work instructions. Maintain direct communication with customers regarding quality matters. Coordinate containment actions in response to quality incidents. Requirements Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2–3 years of quality experience in the metal-mechanical or manufacturing industry. Knowledge of: ISO 9001 Core Tools Lean Manufacturing / Lean Six Sigma Measurement instruments Intermediate English (desirable). Experience in direct customer interaction.
