Management of operational staff and drivers **Polipropileno Empaque y Publicidad S.A. de C.V.** is seeking talent for the position of: **LOGISTICS MANAGER** Coordinate and supervise the company's logistics operations, ensuring proper control of routes, deliveries, shipments, inventories, and goods distribution, optimizing time and resources. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. (Preferred) * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience managing operational staff and drivers. * Knowledge of route and distribution control. * Inventory and shipment management experience. * Basic knowledge of Excel and administrative systems. * Organizational skills and problem-solving ability. * Flexible working hours. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise incoming and outgoing goods. * Coordinate delivery and pickup routes. * Monitor loading and delivery times. * Manage fleet units and preventive maintenance. * Supervise operational staff and drivers. * Prepare logistics reports and performance indicators. * Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies. **We Offer:** Salary: 12,000 to 13,000 MXN Statutory benefits.
