




Position Summary: Lead a team, ensure compliance in foreign trade operations, and manage temporary inventories, including documentation and customs procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination with agencies and carriers Description and details of responsibilities * Lead the team to perform work punctually and effectively to achieve customer satisfaction. * Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, and other foreign trade programs in Mexico. * Ensure accurate control of temporary inventories in the system (Annex 24/31\), adhering to stay duration deadlines and return requirements. * Conduct reviews of all PROSEC programs, Rule Eighth, and resolutions related to company operations. * Review and process import/export documentation, including USMCA/T-MEC certificates and Harmonized System (HTS) classifications. * Coordinate with customs agencies, carriers, and freight forwarders for shipment release. * Conduct internal and external audits for import/export compliance. * Prepare, review, approve, and submit applications for export/import licenses, permits, and other authorizations. * Register and manage information in commercial compliance systems. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Law, International Business, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 3 years executing IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS, and customs procedures. * Experience with CTPAT and AEO certifications. * Direct filing experience with SAT (Tax Administration Service) and the Ministry of Economy. * IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS programs. * Annexes 24 and 30\. * Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, I\-xport) and Annex 24\. * Strong knowledge of the USMCA/T-MEC, international trade agreements, and Mexican customs legislation. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. * Ability to develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to commercial compliance. * Personnel management Benefits * Benefits in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) **Number of vacancies** 1 **Department** Import and Export **Employment type** Permanent **Work modality** On-site **Shift** Day shift **Working hours** Full-time **Schedule*** Full-time * Morning shift * 10-hour shift * Monday to Friday **Education** Bachelor’s degree with professional title **Willingness to travel** No
