Job Summary: The Quality Engineer ensures compliance with quality standards in production processes, manages deviations, responds directly to customers, and applies quality methodologies to support continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Ensure quality standards in production processes (CNC and Injection). 2. Manage deviations and provide direct response to customer complaints. 3. Implement quality methodologies (APQP, 8Ds). Job Description The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards in production processes (CNC and Plastic Injection), managing deviations, responding to customers, and applying quality methodologies (APQP, 8Ds, etc.), thereby contributing to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. **Key Requirements (Must Have)** **Education:** * Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing or related field) **Experience:** * **Minimum 1.5 years** as a Quality Engineer or similar role * Experience in the **automotive industry or high-volume manufacturing** (highly desirable) **Technical Knowledge:** * **CNC processes (Mandatory)** * **Plastic Injection (Desirable)** * APQP * Deviation management * Customer complaint handling * **8D methodology** * Core Tools (PPAP, FMEA, SPC – desirable) **Languages:** * **Advanced English (Mandatory)** – used in meetings, emails, and follow-ups **Documentation:** * **Valid visa and passport (Mandatory)** **Key Responsibilities** * Follow-up on **internal and external deviations** * Direct response to **customer complaints** * Development and follow-up of **8D reports** * Participation in **APQP** * Quality-related support to production * Root cause analysis and corrective actions * Ongoing communication with customers and internal stakeholders **Contact** * **Jesus.rubio@skf.com** * **3338008198** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000.00 \- $43,000.00 per month Benefits: * Professional development support * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
