Job Summary: Coordinate guest entry logistics through warm, strategic, hospitable, and organized reception, service, and escorting, fulfilling brand objectives. Key Responsibilities: 1. Warmly welcome guests and escort them to their assigned tables. 2. Register reservations and table assignments, managing guest information. 3. Maintain cleanliness of the area and follow the hostess service sequence. Madison Grill is a restaurant chain founded in Veracruz, specializing in 100% Sonoran meats, offering American-style cuisine across its three business lines: Madison Grill, Boutique Madison Grill & Napoli Italian Kitchen. Currently, Madison Grill operates 10 branches across various cities, including Orizaba, Córdoba, Boca del Río, Coatzacoalcos, Xalapa, Puebla, Villahermosa, and continues expanding to deliver our unique brand and hospitality. **GRUPO MADISON GRILL\- VILLAHERMOSA BRANCH, TABASCO 2000** **WE ARE HIRING: HOSTESS** Objective: Coordinate guest entry logistics through warm, strategic, hospitable, and organized reception, service, and escorting that fulfills brand objectives. REQUIREMENTS: • 6 months of customer service and hospitality experience. • High school diploma. • Excellent personal presentation. **KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:** Warmly welcome guests. Verify daily host area assignments and distribution as directed by the dining room supervisor. Follow the hostess service sequence. Register reservations and table assignments via the OpenTable system (guest name, phone number, occasion, guest allergies), as well as via telephone calls. Provide complimentary entry privileges to guests. Clean assigned area—including floor, glass surfaces, podium, accessories, and equipment. Escort guests to their assigned tables courteously and attentively—never leaving them behind—and share relevant information with guests en route to their tables. Distribute physical food and beverage menus; explain the QR code placed at the center of each table; perform seat marking procedures where applicable.
