Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Manager with experience in operations and route administration to coordinate storage, distribution, and the product order cycle for meat products, supervising staff and optimizing processes. We are looking for your talent as: **LOGISTICS MANAGER** **Requirements:** \- Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. \- Age: 28 to 45 years old \- Minimum 3 years of experience in operational logistics (ideally in perishable food or distribution). \- Experience managing logistics for route administration. **Responsibilities:** · Organize and supervise product storage and distribution. · Strategically plan and manage logistics for: warehouse, transportation, and customer service. · Direct, optimize, and coordinate the entire order cycle. · Maintain records of: quality, quantity, inventory levels, delivery deadlines, transportation costs, and efficiency. · Arrange warehouse layout, catalog products, plan routes, and process shipments. · Resolve any issues or complaints that arise. · Supervise, advise, and train warehouse staff. · Achieve cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets. · Maintain metrics and analyze data to evaluate performance and implement improvements in the vehicle fleet.
