Description

Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles, recording such maintenance in Fracttal, and managing service providers, coordinating with the fleet team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages preventive and corrective maintenance of vehicles 2. Coordinates with mechanics and service providers 3. Supervises and updates maintenance records in the system **Objective** Ensure that preventive, corrective, and any other types of repairs required by vehicles are carried out to guarantee their proper operation, as well as their accurate recording in the Fracttal system. **Responsibilities** * Planning, scheduling, and executing preventive maintenance of assigned vehicles with mechanics and workshops, coordinated with fleet assistants. (For new vehicles, coordination with authorized dealerships is required to maintain vehicle warranties.) * Maintaining and utilizing mechanical services provided by authorized suppliers, according to the supplier catalog and the Fracttal system. * Identifying and proposing mechanical service providers (e.g., diesel, gasoline, suspension, tires, etc.) and spare parts suppliers, subject to approval by the Director of Operations / General Management. * Timely supervision and reporting on vehicle status upon request (including daily reports on vehicles in workshops). * Effective communication with direct supervisor, fleet assistants, mechanics, workshops, warehouse managers, and GPS coordinator. * Supervising and managing daily activities of fleet assistants, while keeping preventive maintenance logs and repair and spare parts purchase records for vehicles up to date in the fleet management system (MP) and Fracttal. **Areas of Expertise** * Fleet management administration knowledge * Knowledge of diesel and gasoline spare parts * Process-oriented approach * Engine knowledge * Information analysis and interpretation * Customer interaction skills * Automotive mechanics knowledge * Proficiency in Microsoft Office
