Collaboration in optimizing materials and resources with the site team. **Join the Pisos Cámara team.** **REQUIREMENTS:** **Education:** Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** 2–4 years performing unit price analysis, budgeting, or construction project control, preferably in the construction, architectural finishes, or manufacturing sectors. **Technical Knowledge:** * Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets) for handling large volumes of data. * Proficiency in specialized cost and budgeting software. (*OPUS, AUTOCAD 2D)* * Knowledge of construction materials and their price fluctuations. (preferred) **Complementary Skills:** * Highly analytical thinking * Strong attention to detail * Ability to solve numerical problems * Good communication skills for interacting with operational departments. * Frustration tolerance **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects. * Assist in preparing, reviewing, and adjusting budgets specifically focused on concrete flooring projects. * Conduct in-depth analysis of unit prices and generate corresponding reports. * Maintain strict cost monitoring and control throughout project execution. * Continuously compare current or actual costs against originally established budgets and report any deviations. * Prepare periodic and accurate reports on costs incurred for each active project. * Collaborate closely with the site team and field personnel to optimize materials and resources. * Actively participate in planning meetings, project kick-offs, and progress follow-ups.
