Test Lead Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Functional Test Lead with at least 2 years as a Senior Tester Experience in functional, white-box, and black-box testing Experience in automated testing Knowledge: Development of functional and automated test strategies Analysis and design of test cases Execution of test cases Effective management of findings Intermediate knowledge of JIRA - XRay Basic programming and database handling skills Knowledge of tools for data validation in files Self-management Proficiency in Agile methodology Knowledge of building and executing automated test scripts Working under pressure Risk identification and management Mandatory: ISTQB certification Knowledge of Non-Functional Testing Knowledge of DocuSign platform Location: CDMX We Offer: Hybrid work model: 3 days per week at our CDMX offices, 2 days remote Statutory and above-statutory benefits Commercial agreements Ongoing training We are an inclusive company, free from any form of discrimination, where opportunities are based on attitude and talent.
