Everything is provided for operations, including paid training from basic to advanced levels! 100% field-based work via service tickets—you work from your residence and travel to bank branches. Accommodation, transportation, per diems, etc. are all provided; advance payments are issued for these expenses, with reimbursement documentation required afterward. Performance-based bonuses. SGMM Additional days off for illness. After the probationary period: superior benefits, plus a $2,000 performance bonus and salary adjustment based on performance.
