Position Summary: A prominent company is seeking an Electronic Security Engineer to supervise, install, and maintain CCTV, access control, and security systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Near La Antigua shopping center or adjacent to Condado de Sayavedra** * Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00; Saturday, 09:00–13:00 hrs ***Experience in:*** *CCTV installations, security systems, access control, electronic security support—preferably in residential subdivisions, condominiums, companies, corporate offices, or industrial parks* **Technical Knowledge:** * CCTV systems (installation, configuration, maintenance, fault diagnosis). * Access control (biometric devices, card readers, vehicle barriers). * Security systems (alarms, electric fences, sensors). * Installation and maintenance (structured cabling, networking, basic electricity). * Integration of security systems. * Proficiency with specialized software: CCTV management software (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Milestone); NVR/DVR configuration; access control software; remote monitoring. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise the proper operation of the subdivision’s security systems. * Install, configure, and maintain CCTV equipment. * Administer access control systems (vehicle barriers, card readers, biometric devices). * Coordinate maintenance of alarms, electric fences, and perimeter security systems. * Coordinate and supervise external electronic security service providers. * Verify that all installations or maintenance work comply with the subdivision’s standards. * Identify areas for improvement in security systems. * Respond to technical failures and ensure uninterrupted service. * Propose technological enhancements to strengthen the subdivision’s security. **We Offer:** Monthly salary: $20,000 gross Statutory benefits PLEASE APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL AND WE WILL CONTACT YOU Employment type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $20,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
