A prominent construction company in Jalisco is seeking a Cost and Budget Analyst. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Experience: 3 years in the position. * Gender: Not specified **Main Functions and Responsibilities:** · Preparation of detailed budgets for construction projects. · Cost and expense tracking against budgets. · Preparation of periodic reports on cost and budget status. · Preparation of item catalogs. · Preparation of packages for contests or tenders. · Preparation of quotations (for each zone where tenders are held). **Knowledge / Skills:** · Solid knowledge of construction methodologies. · In-depth knowledge of construction processes and their variations. · Software (Revit, AutoCAD, Neodata). · Ability to work under pressure, with organization and focus. · Unit price and quantity survey analysis. Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
