Currently, we are looking for a person to lead the development of industrial solutions based on SCADA and MES technologies. This role is critical to coordinating and executing projects focused on automation, IIoT, and data visualization. Responsibilities * Lead the development of SCADA and MES applications using **Ignition** * Coordinate a technical team: * Define and assign technical tasks jointly with the Project Manager * Design scalable and maintainable architectures for industrial solutions * Integrate systems with PLCs, databases, and external services * Ensure good development practices (coding, testing, deployments) * Actively participate in technical decisions and continuous improvement Requirements * Experience developing with **Ignition (Inductive Automation)** * Strong knowledge of: * **Node.js** * **React** * **Node\-RED** * Database management: * MySQL / PostgreSQL * Experience leading technical teams (formal or informal) * Knowledge of integration with **PLCs and industrial environments** (highly desirable) * Organizational, communication, and decision-making skills Desirable * Experience in IIoT * Knowledge of software architecture or DevOps * Experience in industrial or manufacturing projects We Offer * Salary: **$35,000 \- 42,000 MXN net per month, depending on experience** * Quarterly productivity bonus * Statutory benefits * Hybrid work model * Flexible, results-oriented work environment * High technical exposure and real growth opportunities Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $35,000\.00 \- $42,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Option for indefinite-term contract * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Remote work * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment
