




Job Summary: Supervise construction execution, manage schedules and documentation, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders. Primary liaison among projects, contractors, suppliers, and the client. * **Supervise on-site construction execution**, ensuring compliance with **drawings, technical specifications, regulations**, and **quality control** across all construction stages. * **Manage schedule and documentation**, preparing progress reports, daily logs, change orders, and controlling on-site material inventory. * **Ensure regulatory compliance** for **health, safety, and environment (HSE)** by conducting daily inspections to promote a zero-accident culture. * **Act as the primary liaison** between the project office, contractors, suppliers, and the client, coordinating meetings and reporting status and incidents to the Project Manager. * **Control resources and measurements**, performing surveys, verifying elevations, and managing material resources to meet the construction schedule. **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (degree preferred). * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years as Construction Resident or in construction project supervision. * **Software:** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred) for drawing interpretation, review, and updating. * **Technical knowledge:** Construction control, cost estimation, generators, site logs, and work program tracking. * **Skills:** Leadership, coordination of personnel and contractors, and effective on-site communication.
