Relationship and Change Management Project Manager. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field • Years of experience: 6+ years in similar positions. • Knowledge of: Process documentation, Office suite. • Competencies: Collaboration, leadership, integrity, innovation, customer orientation, commitment, results orientation, adaptability to change, negotiation, networking, strategic vision. • Additional language: Advanced English Key Responsibilities Knowledge Management and System Adoption • Design and execute strategies to facilitate client adoption of the new system, ensuring a smooth, chronological, and organized transition. • Act as liaison among operational, technology, and key user areas, promoting best practices and resolving questions regarding system usage. • Implement methodologies and tools for efficient knowledge management, ensuring information is accessible and useful to teams. • Develop guides, user manuals, and reference materials to facilitate understanding and use of the new system so that clients comprehend, commit to, and join the project during its releases. • Ensure traceability of process changes and alignment with regulations and best practices. Training and Communication • Design and deliver training programs for key users, ensuring their readiness to operate in the new environment. • Develop instructional materials, presentations, and training sessions to facilitate system adoption. • Establish effective communication channels to share updates, best practices, and address concerns. Monitoring and Continuous Improvement • Collect user feedback on system functionality and usability, identifying improvement opportunities. • Coordinate feedback sessions and document lessons learned to optimize the adoption process. • Receive client requests regarding incorporation and evaluation of new products potentially includable in the project. • Collaborate with internal teams to propose improvements in operational workflows and knowledge management.
