Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive legacy in the world! **Position Objective** Coordinate and supervise the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and process-based management across corporate areas, ensuring effective execution of prioritized projects through methodological tracking, cross-functional alignment, and performance monitoring—contributing to operational efficiency, cost reduction, quality improvement, and customer satisfaction.**Responsibilities and Activities** * Identify improvement opportunities in critical processes by analyzing workflows, evaluating efficiency, costs, quality, and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate continuous improvement and process-based management projects to ensure effective implementation of value-driven solutions, as well as manage improvement projects. * Coordinate and manage tools for monitoring process performance, as well as implement and manage BPM (Business Process Management). * Perform activities related to personnel management. Experience * Project Management \| 3 years * Application of Lean and/or Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization \| 2 years * Business process mapping, analysis, design, simulation, and optimization \| 3 years * Application of BPM tools and platforms \| 2 years * Personnel under supervision \| 2 years Knowledge * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.) * Understanding of business process management (BPM) principles * Proficiency in process diagramming software (e.g., Visio, Bizagi) * Principles of process management Education Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering**Complementary Profile** EXPERIENCE: * Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions * Experience managing multidisciplinary teams. KNOWLEDGE: * Knowledge of statistical analysis tools * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
