




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer with experience in diverse technologies to provide user support and service. Key Highlights: 1. Hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting **TECHNICAL SUPPORT (IMMEDIATE HIRING)** Work Locations: Huixquilucan Responsibility: Provide user support and service by delivering first- and second-level technical support across the various technologies used by the company. Requirements: Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Systems, or Computer Science Monday to Friday work schedule 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM Shift rotation is required; occasional on-site support trips throughout Mexico. 1–2 years of experience in first- and second-level technical support, with knowledge of CCTV, networks, access control systems, structured cabling, computer equipment, and hardware and software maintenance and troubleshooting.
