Job Summary: We are seeking a Cost and Budget Analyst to prepare economic proposals, analyze unit prices, and manage budgets for commercial projects. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description Cost and Budget Analyst Age: between 25 and 40 years old REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Architecture Engineer or Civil Engineer Minimum 1 year of experience as a cost and budget analyst in civil or commercial construction projects, including participation in private construction tenders. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE: Neodata unit pricing software (mandatory), or similar tool such as Opus. Computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite OPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE: Microsoft Office suite Construction concepts Construction codes and regulations Project quantity take-offs (estimators) RESPONSIBILITIES: Preparation of economic proposals Unit price analysis Support in contract requirements Compilation of tender packages (bids) Reading and interpretation of construction drawings Development of item catalogs Analysis of indirect costs, profit margins, and wage factors Preparation of parametric budgets for projects of varying scale and complexity, primarily in the commercial sector Periodic updating of material and labor cost lists to reflect market changes Processing of contract addenda, deductions, and/or extraordinary adjustments Identification of improvement opportunities and proposal of solutions to optimize budget efficiency and accuracy Research on productivity rates and construction methodologies Calculation of hourly costs Market research REQUIRED PERSONAL COMPETENCIES: Analytical ability Assertive communication Results orientation Continuous improvement Adaptability to change WE OFFER: Statutory benefits Competitive salary Job stability Salary: Starting from $1,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
