Quality orientation and results-driven approach. **MEP Installations Specialist Engineer** **Position Objective:** Design, coordinate, and supervise installation projects (electrical, plumbing, stormwater, and/or HVAC), ensuring proper integration with the executive project, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Develop and review installation projects (drawings, calculation reports, and specifications). * Coordinate disciplines with architecture, structural engineering, and other engineering specialties. * Supervise correct on-site execution of installations. * Validate hydraulic, electrical, and HVAC calculations. * Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards. * Prepare item catalogs and support budgeting. * Review submittals, technical data sheets, and materials. * Participate in site meetings and track progress. * Resolve on-site interferences and technical issues. * Generate technical reports and project documentation. **Requirements:** **Academic Background:** * Electrical, Electromechanical, Civil, or related Engineering degree (certified). **Experience:** * 3 to 7 years in installation design and/or supervision. * Experience in projects (building construction, **mandatory residential**, industrial, commercial, healthcare, etc.). * Participation in executive projects and/or construction. **Technical Knowledge:** * Design of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Plumbing and stormwater systems. * HVAC systems (desirable). * Local regulations (NOM, building codes, etc.). * Technical calculations and equipment selection. * Reading and interpretation of multidisciplinary drawings. * Software: AutoCAD, Revit (BIM desirable), Excel; preferably ETAP, HAP, or Dialux. **Skills:** * Technical analysis and problem solving. * Interdisciplinary coordination. * Organization and time management. * Effective communication. * Attention to detail. **Key Competencies:** * Quality orientation. * Proactivity. * Teamwork. * Adaptability. * Results-driven approach. **Position Conditions:** * Hybrid mode (office and site visits). * Willingness to relocate. * Ability to work under pressure during critical project phases. **Desirable:** * Experience in BIM modeling and 3D coordination. * Certifications or specialized courses in installations. * Technical English. * Knowledge of energy efficiency or sustainability.
