We seek a **Transportation Coordinator** with extensive experience in managing logistics processes, distribution, transportation, and operations control. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transportation operations. * Ensure on-time delivery and service quality. * Manage route scheduling and resource allocation. * Monitor driver and operational staff performance. * Implement continuous improvements in operational processes. * Track and analyze operational KPIs, taking corrective actions as needed. * Coordinate with the customer service team to ensure effective resolution of requests and complaints. * Manage documentation and reports related to daily operations. Requirements: * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within transportation, logistics, or parcel delivery companies. * **Education:** Completed degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * **Skills:** * Leadership and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Proficiency in logistics operations management software. * Analytical ability to interpret KPIs and performance metrics. * Effective communication skills and teamwork orientation. * Knowledge of route management and delivery time optimization. * **Availability:** Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends, if required.
