Job Summary: Ensure user safety in swimming pools and aquatic areas through surveillance, prevention, and emergency response. Key Responsibilities: 1. Surveillance and accident prevention in aquatic areas 2. Application of aquatic rescue techniques and first aid 3. Maintenance of a safe and orderly environment The purpose of this position is to provide continuous surveillance at the sports center's swimming pools and aquatic areas, implementing preventive actions to avoid accidents, responding immediately to emergencies, and administering first aid when necessary, thereby ensuring the safety of all users, both external and staff. Main duties include: 1. Continuously monitor swimming pools to identify risky behaviors, accidents, or emergencies. 2. Rapidly and effectively apply aquatic rescue techniques in dangerous situations. 3. Perform CPR and administer first aid when required. 4. Supervise users' compliance with aquatic area regulations. 5. Maintain active presence at assigned post and participate in rotations as directed by the Lifeguard Supervisor. 6. Daily inspect rescue equipment condition and report any damage or need for replacement. 7. Support accident prevention through clear and timely communication with users and staff. 8. Document incidents and accidents. 9. Assist and participate in training sessions, drills, and simulations. 10. Support logistics for events, classes, and special activities to ensure safety. 11. Report any anomalies detected in the aquatic area to the Lifeguard Supervisor. 12. Maintain a safe and orderly environment within the assigned surveillance zone. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School Diploma 1 year of experience
