If you want to **grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of ice cream**, this is the place for you! **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:** As a **DSD Capacity and Routing Planning Analyst**, you will be the key link between project teams and senior leadership, ensuring efficient execution of transformation initiatives. This role offers you the opportunity to manage strategic projects, optimize financial processes, and contribute to organizational growth. Additionally, you’ll be in a continuous learning environment where you can develop your project management skills and connect with teams across all regions. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Coordinate transformation projects**, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. * **Monitor project progress** and report status to senior leadership, providing visibility to all regional teams and the DSD team on how operations are transforming (**Digitalization**). * **Manage resources** and budgets for transformation projects. * **Staff training.** We must ensure all departments clearly understand information and system knowledge. * **Develop business cases to assess financial viability and opportunities.** We must understand financially whether the projects we are working on will generate a positive impact on savings and time efficiencies. * **Analyze financial data** to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. * **Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.** * **Assess risks** and develop mitigation plans. * **Implement agile methodologies** for project management. * **Document processes** and best practices to ensure continuity and efficiency of initiatives. * **Ensure compliance** with financial standards and regulations, facilitating periodic meetings with all departments. * **Present reports** and results to senior leadership and stakeholders weekly, fortnightly, and monthly. **WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:** **SKILLS:** * **Project management**: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee complex projects. * **Financial analysis**: Capability to interpret financial data and extract valuable insights. * **Problem solving**: Ability to identify and resolve problems innovatively. * **Adaptability**: Capacity to adjust quickly to changes in technology and processes. * **Knowledge of agile methodologies**: Experience using agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. * **Results orientation**: Focus on achieving goals and delivering high-impact outcomes. * **Reporting presentation**, **tracking**, and generating results for senior leadership and stakeholders weekly, fortnightly, and monthly. **EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.** * **1+ years of experience** in project management, preferably within a PMO environment. * **Proven experience in financial analysis** and budget management. * **Strong proficiency in Excel and Power BI.** * **Communication skills** in Spanish and English, both written and verbal. * **Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.** **LEADERSHIP:** * **Strategic vision**: Ability to see the big picture and design long-term strategies aligning transformation with company objectives. * **Effective communication**: Skill to convey ideas and results clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, including senior leadership and technical teams. * **Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively in teams and build strong relationships with colleagues across disciplines and hierarchical levels. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:** * A unique blend of global scale and startup spirit: €8.3 billion with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset.
