With presence in 7 states across the Mexican Republic (Tijuana, Monterrey, San Luis Potosí, Querétaro, CDMX, State of Mexico, and Guadalajara), we continue our constant process of expansion and growth. We are seeking: A Purchaser focused on results, with experience in trading companies or the chemical/industrial sector and imports. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or Chemical Biology. * Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or a similar position. * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems. * Negotiation skills and technical analysis capabilities for specifications. **Main Responsibilities:** * · Monitoring accounts payable related to your credits. * · Requesting, safeguarding, and delivering COAs, FTs, and SDSs to respective departments. * · Coordinating with warehouse staff to monitor material arrivals. * · Recording expenses by department and cost center. * · Completing credit approval requests and requesting documents from internal departments according to cost center. * · Reporting materials shortages, production status, or in-transit items to operations. * · Requesting, safeguarding, and delivering invoices and payment complements to respective departments. * · Informing operations and warehouse about requested services and enforcing service guarantees where applicable. * Willingness to travel if required. **We Offer:** * Full-time work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. * Monthly gross salary of $15,000 to $18,000. * Work tools (laptop, phone). * Statutory benefits effective from day one of employment. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements starting from the 6th month (SGMM, Life Insurance, Marriage Support, Birth Support, Bereavement Support, Free Uniforms, Free PPE, among others). * Travel allowance. **Don’t miss this opportunity—apply now!** For reference, we are located 10 minutes from the “18 de Marzo” metro station or two blocks from the Río Bamba Metrobús station (Line 6), Gustavo A.
