Documentation and requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Visio). Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies (PMI). Enterprise integration and digital transformation concepts. Soft skills: analytical thinking, effective communication, negotiation, results orientation, collaborative teamwork. Document business processes in detail. Create flowcharts and solution architecture diagrams. Translate functional requirements into precise technical requirements (software development blueprints for programmers). Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Facilitate communication among stakeholders, end users, and technical teams. Develop use cases, process diagrams, and functional specifications. Identify opportunities for process and system improvement, proposing innovative solutions. Support definition of KPIs and metrics to evaluate project impact. Participate in deliverable validation, user acceptance testing, and change management.
