




Job Summary: We are seeking a student with knowledge in quality and processes to support documentation, validation, and monitoring of internal processes, audits, and document control development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in documentation and validation of internal processes 2. Participation in internal and external audits 3. Development and monitoring of document control Bachelor's degree in Administration / Industrial Engineering, with no more than one year and at least six months remaining to complete the program (with valid optional insurance). Contract Type: Minimum 6 months, maximum 1 year extension Working Hours: 20 hours per week, 4 hours per day (9:00–13:00 PM) Work Mode: On-site (at T4-T7 facilities located at Prol. de la Calle 2000, 7 Mz C, Lots 4 and 5, Municipality México, C.P. 50300, México) Monthly Stipend: $6,000 · KNOWLEDGE Intermediate Excel skills Knowledge of Quality, Processes within Document Management Systems. Labor Law (with focus on Labor Equality) Ability to create Flowcharts and Work Instructions, Quality or Management Systems · FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Document and validate internal processes, keeping them current on the Quality Site. Ensure written processes are executed and serve as evidence for customers and our departments. Track findings/observations from internal and external audits. Support updating and executing work instructions with responsible department personnel. Support logistical preparation for internal and/or external audits (customers and certifications, both national and international). Document procedures, work instructions, and internal quality audits. Prepare presentations for customers or internal use, etc. Monitor performance indicators (KPIs).
