We are currently seeking your talent to join us as: Operations Analyst | Insurance Sector Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Finance, or related field. 1 to 3 years of experience as an Operations Analyst, including operational tracking, process monitoring, information validation, and incident control within administrative or operational environments, preferably in the insurance sector. Responsibilities: Monitoring work inventories (tickets, backlog, inboxes, etc.). Tracking and controlling operational processes under SLA. Validating and managing operational databases. Reconciling operational databases with accounting records. Tracking and escalating operational incidents. Daily productivity and performance reporting. Identifying risks and improvement opportunities. Essential Skills: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel, database management, formulas and functions, pivot tables, dynamic charts, reconciliations, and operational tracking. Work Modality: Hybrid work at Av. Ejército Nacional Mexicano, CDMX Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs.
