The primary objective is to support various areas of human talent management—from recruitment and selection to personnel administration—contributing to process efficiency and employee well-being. · Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment and selection processes (posting vacancies, screening CVs, coordinating interviews). Manage onboarding for new hires. Maintain personnel files and update databases. Collaborate in performance management, training, and development. Support payroll and benefits administration. Advise employees on HR policies and procedures.
