Focus on scalability, reliability, and efficiency standards Performance Test Engineer We are seeking a Performance Test Engineer with expertise in **open\-source performance testing tools**, such as **JMeter** and **LoadNinja by SmartBear**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in **performance engineering**, ensuring applications meet scalability, reliability, and efficiency standards. This role requires a **strategic thinker** who can design, execute, and optimize performance testing frameworks. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute **performance test strategies** using JMeter and LoadNinja. * Conduct **load, stress, scalability, and endurance testing** for web and mobile applications. * Identify, document, and analyze **performance bottlenecks**. * Collaborate with developers and product teams to optimize application performance. * Establish and maintain **performance testing environments**. * Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers. * Stay updated with **industry trends** and best practices in performance testing. **Required Skills \& Qualifications** * **Extensive experience** in performance testing (JMeter, LoadNinja, or similar tools). * Strong knowledge of **performance engineering methodologies**. * Hands\-on experience with **CI/CD pipelines** and cloud\-based testing environments. * Ability to set up **performance testing frameworks** from scratch. * Familiarity with **monitoring tools** (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, New Relic, etc.). * Excellent **problem\-solving** and **communication** skills. * Bachelor//'s degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering**, or a related field.
