




Job Summary: Training Coordinator responsible for delivering courses, managing new staff onboarding, designing teaching materials, and evaluating learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and updating of teaching materials and training methodologies 2. Coordination of additional courses and support in special activities 3. Management and follow-up of onboarding for new staff Main Responsibilities: Deliver induction and training courses for new staff, as well as specialized training tailored to the company’s needs. Manage staff attendance and incidents, including tracking of medical leaves, vacations, and monthly reports. Apply and evaluate learning evidence, providing feedback to participants to ensure achievement of training objectives. Design and update teaching materials and training methodologies, ensuring content alignment with organizational policies and processes. Coordinate with various SECORSE departments to deliver requested additional courses and support special activities. Administer and monitor onboarding of new staff, ensuring proper integration and guidance throughout the training process.
