Job Summary: We are seeking a Training Supervisor to deliver onboarding courses, design instructional materials, and develop training methodologies, supporting newly hired staff. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for updating and creating training materials ***LEADING CREDIT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATION AND RECOVERY COMPANY IN MEXICO*** TRAINING SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Delivery of Onboarding and Training Courses Incident Management Application and evaluation of learning evidence Feedback to course participants Delivery of Onboarding Courses for Specialized Positions Design and delivery of additional courses requested by various departments Development and implementation of training methodologies Updating and designing training course materials (assessments, instructional materials) Submission of monthly reports Responsibility for newly hired staff Support in special activities Schedule: Monday to Thursday: 8:00–17:00 hrs; Friday: 8:00–16:00 hrs; Rotating Saturday shifts: 8:00–15:30 hrs and 12:30–20:00 hrs.
