At least 6 months of experience as a Technical Support specialist. Job Responsibilities: Planning on-site technical support visits. Operating a standard vehicle with a valid driver’s license. Updating, installing, and replacing operating systems at point-of-sale locations. Updating and installing equipment at point-of-sale locations. Installing and supporting peripherals. Diagnosing and resolving internet connectivity issues, as well as reporting to service providers. Installing and supporting CCTV systems. Installing and supporting telecommunications equipment (routers, switches, access points). Performing preventive maintenance on installed devices. Recording all activities via the mobile application. Required Knowledge: Basic networking knowledge. Hardware repair skills. Daily software and hardware support for end users. At the server level: maintaining server hardware and software, including maintenance and monitoring of their integration with the network (switches, routers, firewalls, etc.), as well as proper configuration of network services provided by servers.
