An aerospace and aviation component manufacturing company is seeking a **Training Coordinator**. **REQUIREMENTS:** * EDUCATION: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. * REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience in training. * AGE: 24 to 35 years old. * Driver's License (desirable). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. * Experience using the SIRCE platform. **SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:** * Excellent communication, didactic, and public presentation skills. * Proactivity and resilience. * Ability to work autonomously and make decisions. * Problem-solving ability. * Service- and people-oriented mindset. * Negotiation and supplier interaction skills. * Develop, administer, and execute the Employee Competency Development Plan (DNC). Execute and record training sessions. Coordinate and monitor training courses according to established plans and programs. Ensure compliance with STPS training regulations and issue training competency certificates. Administer Development Programs. Participate in special events and internal communications. Coordinate emergency brigade training (First Aid, Firefighting, and Evacuation). Support implementation of quality system dissemination programs (ISO 9001:2002 / IATF 16949). Attend audits related to training and competency development.
