Continuous training and holistic development **Clarvi "Water Treatment Leaders" is seeking a Safety Supervisor for the Industrial Zone - Ahome, Sinaloa** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Objective:** Conduct on-site supervision of safety regulation compliance in civil construction projects and industrial facilities, ensuring correct implementation of applicable safety programs, standards, permits, and procedures. Coordinate with contractors and project supervisors to prevent risks and guarantee safe working conditions. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Experience: Minimum six months. * Flexible working hours. **Knowledge:** * Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Regulatory frameworks (SPTS, civil protection, IMSS). * Use and supervision of PPE, fall arrest systems, and signage. * Order, cleanliness, and access control in construction zones. * Inspection of emergency systems applicable to construction areas. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise on-site safety conditions. * Verify proper use of PPE and ensure operations are conducted under safe conditions. * Authorize and monitor work permits for high-risk activities. * Ensure compliance with safety plans per applicable regulations and internal guidelines. * Participate in incident and unsafe condition investigations. * Coordinate with internal and external personnel for emergency drills and emergency system inspections during construction phases. * Promote good practices for order, cleanliness, and segregation of hazardous materials on site. * Document findings and generate technical supervision reports. * Route relevant findings to the Maintenance department for resolution. * Verify compliance with maintenance programs for facilities, equipment, and tools. * Assist in issuing personal protective equipment (PPE) to personnel upon request when in the office or as required. * Support the integration and follow-up of regulatory studies related to safety, health, and environment. * Record and analyze findings, progress, and evidence in logs or internal systems, contributing to continuous improvement of the safety management system. * Support compliance with environmental requirements and response to environmental emergencies, as applicable. **Skills:** * Problem analysis * Dynamism * Organization * Service orientation * Teamwork * Effective communication **We Offer:** * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Base salary at 100% IMSS coverage. * Food vouchers. * Statutory benefits. * Continuous training. * Holistic development. * Excellent work environment. **Desired Education Level:** Higher education — degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Entry level **Departmental Function:** Manufacturing / Operations **Industry:** Wholesale trade / Wholesaler **Skills:** * INTERMEDIATE EXCEL * INITIATIVE * HONESTY. *This vacancy originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69fa56f33300002f006a3ffd\&source\=indeed*
