Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and responsible Maintenance Technician to supervise construction projects, serve customers, and perform various maintenance activities in facilities. Main Responsibilities: * Supervise construction work and employees. * Maintain facilities and buildings (in case of operational staff shortage). * Provide customer service by offering technical support for all building-related matters, anticipating and resolving customer needs. * Prepare quotations and purchase supplies from vendors (hardware stores, construction supply centers, etc.). * Tasks include: plumbing, masonry, welding, electrical work, and mini-split maintenance. Requirements: At least 2 years of general maintenance experience (mandatory) * Responsible, proactive, and available immediately. * Availability to work and travel to areas near Caborca, Nogales, and Hermosillo. * Personal transportation for material procurement (fuel support provided). * Personal tools (tool loan bonus provided). * Functional mobile phone (work is coordinated via WhatsApp groups; constant submission of work evidence required). * Upon successful completion of probation period: company-issued mobile phone, computer equipment, and vehicle provided.
