Job Summary: Electromechanical, electronic, or mechatronic professional responsible for executing and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance work orders, diagnosing faults, and participating in improvement initiatives. They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership \& Leadership. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute corrective and preventive maintenance work orders received from the CMMS (MicroMain) maintenance software for machinery and equipment, according to the established maintenance schedule, and complete reports on performed activities via the mobile application. * Follow up on fault detection and correction for machinery and complete received work orders. * Provide technical support during training for technical operators and newly hired technicians. * Participate in reconstruction, upgrading, and manufacturing activities for machinery in the universal motors area. * Address observations made by the Safety Department regarding unsafe conditions of machinery and equipment. * Participate in entering maintenance-related information into the CMMS (Micromain) software and maintaining maintenance records across various universal motors areas. * Diagnose faults in programmable logic controllers (PLCs) using online software. * Participate in safety, quality, and productivity improvement projects for universal motor processes. * Participate in the redesign of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components for machinery and equipment in the motors area. * Generate shift-based activity reports. **REQUIREMENTS:** **EDUCATION:** * Completed technical or university degree specializing in electromechanics, electronics, or mechatronics. **EXPERIENCE:** * Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic faults in PLC-controlled equipment and automated systems. * Proficiency in using mechanical and electrical tools, and interpreting electrical and/or electronic control schematics. Personnel management skills.
