Position Summary: Coordinate, plan, and supervise all creative and technical phases of design projects, ensuring quality and resolving conflicts. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic installations, and Industrial Design Hydro Tecnología y soluciones is a 100% Mexican company dedicated to providing water purification systems through equipment rental, sales, maintenance, and design of water treatment equipment, with presence in key regions across the Mexican Republic. Project Design Manager: coordinate, plan, and supervise all creative and technical phases of a project. Administrative: Define requirements, coordinate the design team, and ensure technical quality. (Timely submission of reports and completion of forms) Field Technicians: Lead and resolve conflicts; act as liaison between user needs and the technical team. Projects: Control delivery timelines, schedules, and the budget allocated to design. -- Leadership, effective communication, organization, and proficiency in design tools. Solidworks AutoCAD -- Quality management / document administration. -- Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic installations, and Industrial Design. Valid license. (On-site follow-up with technicians for installations) Education: Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Industrial Design.
