Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a team **Job Objective:** Manage and develop B2B customer relationships, efficiently generate sales opportunities and close deals, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and follow up on leads and potential customers via phone calls, emails, and digital tools. * Identify sales opportunities and generate commercial proposals. * Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information on customers, opportunities, and activities. * Achieve and exceed the sales targets set by the company. * Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead generation. * Provide customer support throughout the sales process and resolve inquiries or issues. * Prepare periodic reports on sales activities, pipeline, and results. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Engineering** (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields). * Minimum of **3 to 5 years of B2B sales experience**. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or others). * Minimum English proficiency of **90% spoken**, capable of communicating with international clients. * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work toward defined goals. * Proactivity, organization, and teamwork capability.
